I've had a terrible cold/flu for the last 10 days. I'm testing negative for COVID but it certainly is the worst energy zapping cold I've ever had. I'm telling you this so you know why I haven't been as quick to respond to emails or phone calls (actually lost my voice for over a week), or why I missed last week's LIVE
on Facebook.
One of the things I LOVE about my job is that I can in fact work in small spurts (even at crazy hours like 4 a.m. when I can't sleep). But the best part is that when I feel sick, all I want to do is craft to make me happy. Do you find that
crafting is your happy place too? One of the things I've been playing with is BRAND new PRODUCT from the upcoming Mini Catalogue that starts in July. I can't wait to start showing you! There are two things to take away from my rambling on.....
Even sick, I'm here to help you with whatever you need, please don't hesitate to ask via email or text or phone (don't worry about disturbing me, I turn the phone off when I sleep!)
There is a new Mini Catalogue (and Summer Sale-a-bration Catalogue) on its way to you! So please keep an eye on your mailboxes and post offices over the next few weeks. Anyone who has placed an order with me in the last 6 months, I've automatically sent you one.
Stay safe and happy stamping!
p.s. Don't forget June 30th is the last date to get any retiring items from the Mini Catalogue (see below).
Quick & Easy ~ Punches Only
To create this card, it is just stamps and punches and two inks. It would be great as a retirement card, or a "good luck" going off to school card, or a "have fun on your trip card". See the punch below. The background water stamp is on the retiring list (see more about retiring list below).
The current Mini Catalogue is about to end at the end of June. There are some items that will carry over to the new annual catalogue, but many of the items will be retired and never available again.
One of the best ways to start card making or to help you when you get stuck is to use a sketch. The sketch suggests elements and placements of elements.
With my sketch program, you get the sketch, some ideas of what to do with the parts, measurements, AND three different and complete card ideas using the sketch.
I'm having so much fun creating the sketches and the projects as I feel they are a great way to inspire card makers.
Let dreams set sail with cards you make using the Let's Set Sail Stamp Set. Choose your own combination of sails and reflections, a boat hull, water, and birds to create the scene of your dreams
Do you Enjoy Social Media? Then you May Enjoy being a Demonstrator!
One of the most fun aspects of being a Stampin’ Up Demonstrator is that I get to share what I love with hundreds, thousands, even
tens of thousands of people on social media!
It gives me a great feeling to know I’m getting other people excited about paper crafting simply by demonstrating the steps on my Facebook Page or Instagram channel.
If you already enjoy social media and paper crafting separately, have you considered becoming a Stampin’ Up Demonstrator and putting the two loves together?
