I found this old photo recently from one of the very first Stampin’ Up! incentive trips I earned. At the time, I was sitting on a giant crafting wheel/tool (which felt very appropriate 😂), and I remember thinking how surreal it all felt.

When I joined Stampin’ Up!, I honestly just wanted a discount on stamps. I never imagined it would lead to friendships, travel, creativity, confidence…or 23 years later, still doing something I love.

I used the same products from the Homemade Sweetness Suite for this sketch-inspired card, but with a completely different look and layout! 

One of the things I love about sketches is how they give you a starting point while still leaving lots of room to make the design your own. This card is quite simple in its overall layout, but the little details keep it interesting -- the gingham paper coordinates perfectly with the ribbon, the subtle strawberry embossing ties in beautifully with the stamped berries, and the shaped greeting label adds extra softness and dimension. Sketches like this are also easy to adapt with different Designer Series Papers, embossing folders, greetings, and embellishments for endless card ideas.
