Q&A and 2 Sentiment Tips | Stamp with Jenn Weekly Update
Published: Tue, 02/18/20
Dear :
Today in Burlington, we have more snow, so I'm quite happy to feature the new gorgeous "Forever Blossoms" stamp set and think about warmer weather. I've got a tip in each of the projects about using longer sentiments. And also a tip for colouring. And did you see my latest video?
Happy Stamping!
Forever Blossoms
Love this pretty Blossoms set in the Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue and it looks great horizontally (see below) and vertically. The problem is that the long sentiment doesn't fit. So here's a solution: stamp the sentiment on the side of the card. It still looks great and it is something different.
Did you see my new video and the new group that I'm part of--"Your Creative Connection". On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, I'll be showcasing a new project (along with my sister stampers) on my blog. See my blog for the details on this project. And see the video below.
Quest: HELP! My puppy chewed my Aqua Painters and I need to finish my card that has a bit of watercolouring on it. Is there something else I can use?
Answer: Oh dear … poor puppy! My suggestion … pull out your Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141897) and use it just as you did your Painter. It easily applies and blends colours, and leaves a bit of shine too … you’ll LOVE the results!
Modifying Sentiments
Sometimes a sentiment is the wrong size and here's an easy way to fix it. Stamp it out and then trim it down and attach the bits.
The greetings in the Forever Blossoms Stamp Set are designed for weddings, anniversaries, friendships, and more. Its detailed floral images can be used to make greeting cards for any occasion.
Bundle includes the Forever Blossoms Stamp Set and the Cherry Blossoms Dies.
