When I picked the stamp set feature for this edition of the newsletter, I didn't really pay attention to the name of the stamp set, "Layered with Kindness", because I just loved the easy way to combine the punches and the images for a quick and yet beautiful card. But, really this stamp set perfectly
embodies WHY we send cards....to celebrate friends, to thank people and spread a little joy and kindness around in the world.

Layered with Kindness
Make a quick and lovely birthday card using the "Layered with Kindness" stamp set (see below) and TWO new punches (see below).
Create quick tags and greeting cards with graceful greetings from the Layered with Kindness Stamp Set. Stamp flowers and leaves for a finishing touch. This is a Distinktive** stamp set; it has a special texture that gives added depth and dimension in a single step, creating photo-realistic images.

But there’s so many colours you may get confused …
Here’s my TIP: Notice that the catalog lists each colour included in any “colours” Embellishment pack. Write those names on a Sticky Note, tuck it inside the package, and you’ll never have to guess a colour again!
Embellishments are listed on pages 176-178 in the Annual Catalogue and pages 9, 25, 33 and 55 in the Handmade for You Mini Catalogue. If you have older packages, let me know and I’ll find the colours for you.
For My Friend
This card is simple and lovely with its mainly white look and tiny bits of colour to make it pop. Use two punches (see below) to create this look on the sentiment.
Create die-cut labels using these punches. Theses punches makes it easy to create quick gift tags and labels or elements for cards and scrapbook pages. Coordinates with the "Layered with Kindness" stamp set.
