Q: What is the new Big Shot Die Brush (140603) in the Occasions Catalogue for $13.50?
A: If you have ever had trouble removing the small bits of cardstock or paper from intricate dies, then you will love this amazing new tool! It will become something you can’t live without.
Comes with Brush and a Foam Pad.
Cut out your paper with your die on the Big Shot as you
normally would. Lay the cut paper, with the die still embedded in it, on the foam pad, with the die side up. Run the brush several times over the die’s surface. When you pick up your piece, the die will peel easily off and all the small bits of paper will fall right out. No more poking or prodding little bits or paper.
Here's my TIP: Use a firm but gentle touch when rolling the brush. You may have to run the brush over the die several times, but with the lighter touch you're less likely
to poke through thin paper.
Also put the foam pad into a tupperware container or a tray and it will "catch" all the bits as you are rolling.
