My cutting plates are very warped. Is there anything I can do or do I have to replace them?

First of all you should rotate your plates often. This prevents them from being too bent too fast.

However, if they do become very warped, heat up you oven to 325, wrap them in aluminum foil and place them on a cookie sheet. Place a heavy baking dish on top. Make sure the baking dish covers the plates completely. Bake them for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Unwrap them and look at how flat they are. You can brush the little fibers in the cracks if you wish.

I don't know how many times this can be done. I've only had to do it once. That was six months ago and I use my plates every day. When I see them warping I just turn them around. When they get too warped I will "bake" them again. The cut marks? Well that just shows how well loved my Big Shot is!
