Question: Wouldn't you love to get the longest life from your Big Shot products? Did you know that there IS a right and a wrong way to use many of your Big Shot supplies?
Answer:
When using any of the Big Shot supplies with a "spine" such as an embossing folder or embosslit, place it through the machine OPEN end first. The "spine" of the product should never go through the Big Shot first, if the product is used in this way- over time the spine will crack for embossing folders, and the metal sheets inside the embosslits will pop out.
See sample photo showing how the embossing folders and embosslits should be placed on the platform to run through the machine properly, open end first- always.
Remember to always sandwich your products between two clear plates and use the proper setting on the multi-purpose platform.
